摘要：本文围绕电子商务发展中的电子银行，在分析电子银行的运行特点、金融服务类型及其新风险的基础上，剖析我国目前电子银行发展的现状，并针对我国电子银行发展存在的问题，制定了发展电子商务银行服务的措施：营造我国网络银行发展的良好环境；培育我国网络银行主体积极发展；加强对网络银行的有效地监管。
